"Former judge Kenneth Bagnall, outside Blackfriars Crown Court in London where he is attending a preliminary hearing in his case where he is accused of stealing more than 560,000 from the publishing company he ran. * Bagnall, 72, of Wentworth, Virginia Water, Surrey, who denies 14 counts of theft, allegedly took the money from New Law Publishing Company plc between October 1997 and April 1998. 2/4/01: The former judge, had the case against him thrown out. Bagnall, 72, of Wentworth, Virginia Water, Surrey, left London's Blackfriars Crown Court vindicated after the judge decided to stay the proceedings."
