Craig ran the Olympic Health Centre gym in Germiston for many years after leaving school. He and his family moved to the UK in about 1999, where Craig ran his own company in St Albans installing electronic access systems (and still continued with his gym training about three times a week).
Craig and his family are now living in the Scottish Highlands which they are finding to be a lovely place for bringing up children. Craig runs a tour company and yacht charter business around the West and East coasts of the Highlands. His wife, Sue, still does work for an accounting company in St Albans, near London.
