Boulders in the Gorge - Debbie Jones

These pages hold the stories of my life growing up in South Africa, from the early 1960s to the present (2025). There are stories of family, and of building a life, with some courage, lots of love, and some adventures. Some of the memories are old and fragile now, but this is the way I remember it.

Debbie Jones has worked as a journalist with local newspapers and for World Vision magazine. She was a co-founder of HeartWork, a rehabilitation programme for prisoners. She holds a BA degree in English and Psychology, and an Honours degree in Psychology. She has two children and three grandchildren.
